Why We Started
Nexaliv was born from a deeply personal experience. Watching a family member struggle with chronic disease — the confusion, the fear, the gaps between doctor visits — we realized the system was fundamentally broken.
Not because doctors didn't care. But because the infrastructure didn't exist to support continuous care.
We set out to fix this. Not with another general telemedicine app, but with a specialist-first platform that keeps the care loop running — with AI tools, continuous monitoring, and a family loop that works whether your loved ones are in Kerala or Dubai.
